This is Kadie, a girl from my hometown in Pennsylvania who is dying of cancer. She is supposed to attend pre-school this year, but Kadie and her family recently received some bad news about the state of her cancer.  She is under hospice & end of life care.

Kadie’s dream is to meet Taylor Swift. She loves her so much. In fact, after hearing of her bad news, she sang Taylor Swift songs in the car on the way home, and her mother said it was the most beautiful thing she’s ever heard. Kadie tugs at my heart strings, and I would love to see this little girl even hear from Taylor. Please help out by tweeting at Taylor…
